Дорогие друзья и партнеры нашего проекта!
Пролетел еще один год — третий год катастрофических событий, разворачивающихся в нашей стране и мире. Невольно вспоминается история столетней давности, когда наши родные в совсем юном возрасте были захвачены вихрем войны, которая также явилась результатом преступной недальновидности первых лиц государства. Сегодня мы с интересом и любопытством изучаем удивительную историю спасения петроградских детей, но то, что довелось пережить им самим и их семьям, все равно остается на совести тех, для кого чужие жизни, в том числе детские, ровным счетом ничего не значили по сравнению с собственными амбициями. К сожалению, с годами мало что меняется в этом смысле. Что можем в этой ужасной ситуации сделать мы, что можем противопоставить неисчислимым злодеяниям, продолжающим, к нашему ужасу и стыду, происходить рядом с нами? Каждый решает для себя, но все могут и должны во что бы то ни стало сохранять память о тех, кто, руководствуясь, возможно, разными целями, все равно сумели каждый внести свой вклад в одно великое дело, проникнутое гуманизмом и состраданием.
Dear friends and partners of our Project,
Another year has flown by — the third year of catastrophic events unfolding in our country and in the world. It makes us think of a more than a century ago story when our relatives, at their young age, were caught in the whirlwind of the war which had also started as a result of criminal shortsightedness of the first persons of the state. With great interest and curiosity we are studying the wonderful story of the rescue of Petrograd children. But what they themselves as well as their families had to go through is left to the conscience of those for whom other persons’ lives, including those of the kids, meant absolutely nothing compared to their own ambitions. Unfortunately, the years pass but we do not see many changes in this concern.
What about us in this horrible situation? What can we do to counter innumerable atrocities which keep happening, to our horror and shame, nearby? Everyone decides for him- or herself, but everyone is able and must at any price keep the memory about those who, probably guided by different personal goals, anyway managed to contribute into one great deed full of humanism and compassion.

Дорогие друзья и партнеры нашего проекта!
Прошел еще один год. К сожалению, он не был лучше предыдущего. Он не стал более мирным и спокойным ни для жителей нашей страны, ни для наших соседей, ни в глобальном масштабе. Агрессия продолжается со всеми сопутствующими любой войне ужасами, но даже на этом (к сожалению, уже ставшем привычном) фоне трагедия в Израиле потрясла всех, кто разделяет гуманистические идеи. И вновь, как и век назад, в страшном конфликте взрослых пострадали дети — на этот раз по вине преступников-террористов.
Потомки петроградских колонистов живут в разных странах. Волею судеб они оказались разбросаны по всему миру. Есть они и в Украине, есть и в Израиле. Мы хотим выразить им нашу поддержку, солидарность и глубокую скорбь по их соотечественникам, особенно детям, ставшим жертвами тех, для кого милосердие и гуманизм — ничего не значащие понятия.
К сожалению, сегодня сложившаяся в стране ситуация мало способствует развитию нашего проекта, но даже в этих ненормальных условиях что-то происходит.
Dear friends and partners of our Project,
One more year has passed. Regrettably it was not better than the previous one. It has become more peaceful neither for the citizens of our country, nor for our neighbors or in the global range. Military activities keep going on with all the horrors accompanying any war. But even on this (unfortunately already habitual) background the tragedy in Israel shocked everyone who shares humanitarian ideas. And again, like a century ago, in the terrible conflicts of the adults there suffer the innocent children — this time to blame the terrorist forces.
The descendants of Petrograd colonists live in different countries. By the will of fate they have been scattered around the whole world. There are some of them also in Ukraine and Israel. We would like to express our support, solidarity and deep grief for their compatriots, especially the kids, who became victims of those for whom the notions of mercy and humanism mean nothing.
Unfortunately today the situation in our country is not favorable for the development of our project, but even in these abnormal conditions there have been some events.

Дорогие друзья! Заканчивается 2022 год. Сто лет назад, в 1922-ом, наши герои-колонисты, недавно вернувшиеся из кругосветного путешествия, начинали жить более или менее мирной жизнью, еще не представляя всех ужасов, которые готовил им XX век. Тем более не могли они думать, что ровно через сто лет, уже в XXI веке, их внукам и правнукам суждено будет стать свидетелями последствий новых катастрофических шагов своих недальновидных правителей. |
Dear friends! Year 2022 is coming to the end. One hundred years ago, in 1922, Petrograd colonists, who had recently returned from their round-the-world trip, began living more or less peaceful life, having no idea of all the horrors which they would face in the XX century. Moreover they could have not even imagined that exactly a hundred years later, already in the XXI century, their grandchildren and great grandchildren would have to witness the consequences of the new catastrophic steps of their shirt-sighted rulers. |
